We believe that quality is what you get when you combine the finest, whole ingredients with the pursuit of excellence in preparation. Add a dash of passion and a pound of consistency, and the results can be amazing. Our never-frozen chicken dishes are made with 100% fresh white meat chicken tenders. It is cooked and hand-shredded in our kitchen daily, before being used in our recipes. Our beef and pork dishes are also made with fresh, never-frozen, choice-grade products. We cut, cook, season and hand-shred choice chuck and combine it with ground chuck for use in our shredded beef. It is tender, moist, and delicious. Our sauces are made from whole chilies. We never use powders or pastes. Our vegetables are fresh cut, chopped and sliced daily. We don't take shortcuts, and we make the same dishes, the same way, every day, and that makes all the difference!
